There’s fiery competition in the annual Lawn-display contest as Vera Carp sets out to win her 15th in a row, until a mysterious “Christmas Phantom” threatens to throw the contest in Turmoil; And Joe Bob Lipsey hopes to mount a successful production of A Christmas Carol… If he can keep the electric company from shutting the lights off.
