Single Tickets and Season Passes can be purchased in one of the following ways:

1. Online: To purchase tickets online click here and select the date of the performance you wish to attend. To purchase Season Passes online click here and select the pass that best suits you.

Note: Only student and senior discounts can be applied online, for all other offers please contact the box office BEFORE you place your order. All sales are final; no refunds and no changes allowed. Assigned seats may be moved to accommodate more (or less) space as needed. Changes will be made prior to showtime and patrons will be contacted by Box Office staff.

Please note that there is a $3 fee per ticket, voucher, or pass at the box office or online. This is in accordance with Maine state law.

Covid-19 Policy:  If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, PLEASE DO NOT attend the performance. Contact the Box Office at 207-933-9999 at least one hour prior to your scheduled performance and you will be offered an exchange/donation option.

Refunds/Exchanges: Subscription Pass holders have the exclusive benefit of being able to exchange tickets to another performance of the same production. All Single Ticket, Subscription Pass, Group, and Voucher sales are final; there are no refunds. 48-hour Exchange Policy: If you find you have made an error in your reservation, single tickets may be exchanged within 48 business hours of your original purchase free of charge. Accessibility: Cumston Hall is accessible to patrons with physical disabilities. Wheelchair locations are indicated on the seating chart online and are held for patrons requiring accessible seating until 24 hours prior to performance. Patrons who require seats to be removed are asked to contact the box office in advance. The elevator (and associated accessible parking spaces) is located behind the building. The elevator may be taken to the 1st floor (restroom access) or the 2nd floor to access seating. There are no accessible seats in the balcony.

From parking to programming to photography here’s some information to facilitate all you need to attend a performance at TAM.

Parking:
Available for 30 cars at Cumston Hall (on the grass and asphalt). Additional spaces and accessible parking are located at the back of the building. Parking is also available on the street and at the former Bangor Savings directly across from Cumston Hall.

Elevator:
Located at the back of the building, accessed through the center front doors or from accessible parking. The elevator may be taken to the 1st floor (restroom access) or the 2nd floor to access seating. There is no elevator access to the balcony.

: Located on the 1st floor past the library and elevator.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside or on the grounds of Cumston Hall. Town of Monmouth asks that patrons smoke on the sidewalk and dispose of butts appropriately.

For the comfort of all our patrons, only bottled water is allowed in the theater.

Cellphones & Other Devices:
All electronics—laptops, tablets, cell phones, alarms on watches, and personal gaming devices—must be turned off prior to the start of the performance.

Recordings & Photographs:
Videotaping, audio recording, or photographing any aspect of our performances is strictly prohibited per agreements with the royalty companies as well as the unions of the actors, designers, and directors.


Arrival
:
The house opens 30 minutes prior to show time. We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the start of the performance. To ensure a quality theatre experience for all of our patrons, late seating will be at the discretion of the house manager.

Gift Shop & Concessions: TAM offers a variety of refreshments and gift shop items starting 30 minutes before the show and at intermission (if the show has an intermission). Refreshments include cookies, candy, and a variety of non-alcoholic hot and cold beverages.

Tours & Discussions: Theater at Monmouth provides tours and special discussions for groups of 10 or more. Please check the calendar for regularly scheduled pre & post performance discussions. Call 207.933.9999 for more information.
