Refunds/Exchanges: Subscription Pass holders have the exclusive benefit of being able to exchange tickets to another performance of the same production. All Single Ticket, Subscription Pass, Group, and Voucher sales are final; there are no exchanges or refunds. 48-hour Exchange Policy: If you find you have made an error in your reservation, single tickets may be exchanged within 48-hours of your original purchase free of charge. Please note that there is a $3 fee per ticket or voucher at the box office, a $3 fee per pass at the box office, and a $3 fee per pass or ticket online.

Seating Policy: Patrons are able to pick their seats when purchasing online or through the Box Office. Your selected seats may need to be changed based on audience capacity and Group Sales for distancing purposes. Patrons who seats need to be moved will be contacted by the Box Office ahead of time.

Under 30 Rush Tickets: For patrons under 30, $10 Rush Tickets are available for up to 20 audience members at each performance in the season excluding the Family Show and Special Events. Sign up by contacting the Box Office, either by emailing boxoffice@theateratmonmouth.org or calling 207.933.9999 when the Box Office opens at 11 a.m. on the day of the show. Requests made before the Box Office is open will not be processed.

Lost/ Misplaced/ Transfer Tickets: All tickets can be reprinted by either arriving at least 20 minutes before your scheduled performance time or by calling the Box Office and arranging for tickets to be reprinted for you or your friends to pick up. Reprinted tickets will be held under the name in which they were purchased.

Advance Sales Delivery: All tickets will be printed and held at Will Call. Please contact the Box Office for more information. All purchases receive an electronic confirmation.

Returned Ticket Donation: Patrons may receive a tax credit for unused tickets returned to the Box Office 48 hours in advance of the performance.
