Auditions for Theater at Monmouth’s fall production of George S. Kaufman, Morrie Ryskind, George and Ira Gershwin’s Of Three I Sing will be held on Monday, July 23rd beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Cumston Hall, Monmouth.
Interested singers, dancers, and actors are invited to schedule an audition for the production which will be directed by producing artistic director, Dawn McAndrews, with musical direction by Kevin Lawson. The ten-performance run begins on Thursday, September 20th and closes on September 30. Chorus rehearsals will begin the week of August 19th, and full company rehearsals will begin on September 5th. This is a very quick, professional rehearsal process and those in the show will be called several evenings a week and at least one weekend day.
Some key roles have been cast, but a number of speaking and singing roles are still available. Members of the chorus are needed as well. Most of chorus and roles will go to adults age 18 and up. There are no roles for children in this production but high school and college students are encouraged to audition.

Of Thee I Sing previews Thursday, September 20th and opens Friday, September 21st.
Additional performances dates and times are September 22, 27, 28, 29 at 7:30 p.m., and September 23, 29, and 30 at 1:00 p.m., and September 23 at 7:00 p.m.
The production will be performed with full set, lights, and costumes, at historic Cumston Hall in Monmouth. All rehearsals are held in Monmouth. Accompaniment will be provided by a pit band.
