We look to the past to shape our future. Who are you? Where are you going from here?

In general, I choose to live life as happily as I can. My goal is to continue like this and simply do what makes me happy.

What most excites you about being a part of TAM’s 50th Anniversary Season

I am very proud to be part of an organization that keeps the classics in the forefront of the theater community; particularly in a rural part of Maine where these plays may not otherwise be accessible.

Have you more Sense than Sensibility? Do you consider yourself more of a “Marianne” or an “Elinor” and why?

I definitely have more Sense! I tend to look for the logical and best appropriate action for whatever situation may come by.

Who inspires you and why?

My inspiration comes more from all of us rather than an individual. Too many times in my life I have seen family and friends face adversity. Whether it be the death of a child, illness or other devastating life event it always amazes me how we can survive; how we have the resilience to cope and move on with our lives.

You can have dinner with any three influential people. Who are your dream guests, why them, and what is the topic of conversation?

I love comedy. Particularly physical comedy. If I could have dinner with Carol Burnett, Lucille Ball, and Dick Van Dyke I’m sure I would never stop laughing! Imagine the stories they could tell.

What recent accomplishment are you most proud of?

Events in my life have taught me to not sweat the big stuff. What provides me with a sense of accomplishment is ending each day knowing I’ve done whatever needed to be done to the best of my ability. That is all.

What’s your super power?

Super power?  Hmm….I think I’m a good listener.
