We look to the past to shape our future. Who are you? Where are you going from here?

I am an actor/dancer/poet from Minneapolis & New York City. I’ve got a poetry book coming out, and am in preproduction for a few pretty awesome projects! Things are heading up!

What most excites you about being a part of TAM’s 50th Anniversary Season?

It’s so exciting to debut at TAM at such an exciting time in its’ history! I’ve never performed at a theater like this before and you can feel all the spirit in the building.

Have you more Sense than Sensibility? Do you consider yourself more of a “Marianne” or an “Elinor” and why?

I am an Elinor through and through! (thank god I’m playing her!) I think things through and like caring for everyone around me. But I think my boyfriend gets my Marianne side more than anyone else (thank god he still dates me!)

Who inspires you and why?

Artists who share difficult experiences in the hopes of helping others. We are built on stories. And those that share their own give me hope. Poets, actors, songwriters, playwrights etc!

You can have dinner with any three influential people. Who are your dream guests, why them, and what is the topic of conversation?

Charly Cox (my favorite poet), Twyla Tharp, Olivia Coleman. I hope we’d talk about how good the food I made was. And then what our bets are for the next Bachelor.

What recent accomplishment are you most proud of

I’ve got a poetry book coming out in October! I’m really proud of it. It’s called Spitting Glass. You’ll be able to buy it soon! You can check in on my Instagram for updates! @thegirlfrombrave

What’s your super power?

Freeze time so I can relax without feeling like I’m not being productive! (that’s an Elinor thing to say)
