We look to the past to shape our future. Who are you? Where are you going from here?

If I had stuck to a straight path I would not be where I am today. I do not know where I’m going from here, I just know that by keeping myself open to opportunities I will always be thrilled.

What most excites you about being a part of TAM’s 50th Anniversary Season?

I’m honored to be a part of TAM’s history! Knowing that many artists have walked these grounds and many more will after me.

Have you more Sense than Sensibility? Do you consider yourself more of a “Marianne” or an “Elinor” and why?

I’m an older Marianne. I suffer from emotional excess but time has given me enough sense to know when to reign it in.

Who inspires you and why?

I’m inspired by my peers. I’m constantly awed by their work and dedication. Seeing my friends experience failures and successes but never saying “enough”, keeps me going.

You can have dinner with any three influential people. Who are your dream guests, why them, and what is the topic of conversation?

Jim Carrey, Atul Gawande, and Tarra Bouchard. We’d share our understandings of art and death, and the powerful influence each have over our daily lives. We will, of course, speak only in puns.

What recent accomplishment are you most proud of?

I’m proud to be a new member of the Dramatic Repertory Company’s Board of Directors! Also thrilled to be joining Dagaz Media as their Associate Producer!

What’s your super power?

Opening my script to the exact page I want. And also belching, but that does not seem suitably ladylike to tout during this production.
